Scam Alert: Fake Investment & Recovery Scheme via instantpay.xcoins.com

    A victim was scammed twice through the site instantpay.xcoins.com. Initially contacted by text, she was convinced to invest nearly $20,000 to “improve her capital.” Later, a fake attorney promised to help recover the funds for $8,000, then demanded another $13,000.
